Developed by Lacasa Living, it presents a distinct concept right away, reflected in the property’s own slogan: “Luzera, where light breathes.”

The entrance opens into a serene courtyard where plants, water, and stone come together in a subtle, quiet manner. Travertine continues beneath, and a simple water feature adds flair. Hannah pauses here, observing how the area already appears far apart from the metropolis. The transition indoors feels quite natural, setting the foundation for the rest of the home.

A Spectacular First Impression

“This has got to be one of the grandest welcomes home I’ve ever seen,” Hannah remarks. Triple-height ceilings rise 14 metres, while above, a rooftop pool with an acrylic base allows light to filter through. The outcome is a soft, shifting pattern across lava stone walls and marble floors. The mix of textures, from volcanic stone to Italian marble, feels bold but well balanced.

Purposeful Living Spaces

The main living area is spacious and well-designed. “At the end of the day, it’s a family home.” Hannah notes, as the space breaks into distinct zones for lounging, dining, and entertaining. A dark wooden ceiling adds warmth, and hand-blown lighting introduces movement above. Leather finishes and a palette of warm tones soften the overall look, making the space feel more inviting.

The kitchen’s design aims to blend in with the whole ambiance. “You would be forgiven for thinking, is this the kitchen?” Hannah says. Clean lines, concealed storage, and sliding pocket doors keep everything hidden when not in use. “This is a Goettling designer kitchen, and definitely for someone who doesn’t like clutter”, Hannah notes. High-end appliances are incorporated throughout, with a sculptural island serving as the main highlight. It is a space designed to accommodate daily living and entertaining.

The Principal Suite

Upstairs, the principal suite is expansive and private. The layout integrates bathing, sleeping, and relaxing into a single, continuous space.

The upper floor connects closely with its surrounding area. From the family lounge and balcony, Hannah describes the outlook as “one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen,” with Dubai Hills Golf Club in the foreground and the Burj Khalifa beyond. The area is private and easily accessible, with Dubai Hills Mall, schools, and pocket parks all close by.

The Rooftop Terrace

At the top of the house, the rooftop brings everything together. “Need I say more? You’ve got a pool up here.” Hannah says. Designed for entertaining, the space includes an outdoor kitchen, lounge areas, and a retractable covered section.

As evening falls, the setting becomes even more striking. “I am speechless.” Hannah adds, taking in the skyline views.

Basement Living Redefined

The basement level is bright and well planned. “Lovely, light, and airy. Does not feel like a basement, does it?” Hannah points out. Natural light filters down from above, giving the space an open feel.

This level includes a home salon, treatment room, gym, office, and lounge, all arranged around small courtyards. A display garage adds a unique touch.

The 18-metre garden pool, surrounded by seating and greenery includes a swim-up bar and shaded areas making it ideal for relaxing and hosting guests. The space feels private and calm, with planting designed to grow over time.
